Tasks
-Represent Trojan in technical and commercial discussions with customers, vendors, consulting engineers, and contractors. -Partner with commercial teams and customers in early project phases to define solutions, develop concepts, and position Trojan’s technical value. -Support aftermarket and service teams with system optimization, troubleshooting, and performance audits. -Maintains awareness of emerging technologies and integrates innovative solutions. -Perform system sizing calculations and collaborate cross-functionally to define and cost competitive solutions aligned with customer objectives. -Conduct pilot and full-scale performance testing to demonstrate system effectiveness and validate performance guarantees. -Provide expert consultation on UV disinfection and AOP sizing, applications, and validation frameworks.

What You Bring
-Strong communication and presentation skills, able to inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with clients, engineers, and regulators. -Strong understanding of advanced water treatment processes, industry standards, and regulatory frameworks. -In-depth knowledge of UV water treatment technologies, particularly disinfection and AOP applications. -Self-directed and results-oriented with strong accountability, flexibility, and initiative. -Acts with integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment, fostering trust and collaboration across teams. -Excellent time and task management; consistently meets deadlines and quality standards. -Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Civil, Chemical, Environmental, or Biological Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment. -Proven ability to design, execute, and lead experimental and full-scale validation work. -Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving to address customer challenges and improve existing technologies. -Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; willingness to travel up to 20% globally.
