Tasks

-Participate in the creation and development of HR CoE roadmaps e.g. by sharing country / cluster -Monitor business environment and seek information on workforce trends on ongoing basis to -Act according to policies, processes, and guidelines when delivering the services for the -Collaborate with other HR teams e.g. Unit HR and business stakeholders to deliver consistent HR -Maintain strong connections with HR colleagues within KONE and externally to share best practices
