The Role

Overview

On-site supervision of industrial electrical construction projects across multiple states.

Tasks

-Coordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement -Support project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvals -Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety -Review timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountability -Participate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategies -Oversee and report daily progress to the project team -Enforce safety protocols and document incidents -Interpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standards -Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion -Act as the on-site KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visits -Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget -Support documentation, change orders, and construction-related administration -Lead by example and jump in on-site when needed -Build and maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule -Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnel

What You Bring

-Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions -Industrial electrical construction experience (Required) -Ability to manage multiple projects and forecast scope -Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record -Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Travel availability up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays -Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time -Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs. -Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of experience/education -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check -Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders -EEO is the Law Supplement poster English– Spanish -EEO is the Law poster English– Spanish
