Tasks
-Offer job-specific training through both on-the-job and formal settings (ensure required educational hours are met) -Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel. -Lead organization to achieve or exceed productivity targets -Forecast what is to be done on a week-to-week basis, when, and by whom -Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed. -Champion an innovation mindset and proactively manage change initiatives to enhance results -Develop and execute annual sales plans inclusive of revenue and margin targets -Partner with Human Resources (HR) to support workforce planning and staffing needs -Drive initiatives that improve operational excellence and promote long-term strategic growth -Survey all customers; achieve minimum satisfaction ratings and follow up on feedback for continuous improvement -Complete 1- and 3-year plans for branch; assist in developing company-wide strategic plans -Promote continuous learning and improvements; participate in and encourage continuing education programs -Develop appropriate programs, strategies, and supervision -Mentor, coach, and lead personnel across the organization, building a high-performing and growth-oriented team environment -Provide performance appraisals, feedback and growth opportunities for team members Participate in employee recruitment, hiring, counseling, and terminations (ensure alignment with company policy) -Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximize efficiency -Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, safety, and on-time delivery -Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches as needed -Provide budgets, estimate proposals, and develop client relationships to meet (or exceed) sales growth expectations -Facilitate process improvements in field labor productivity; implement tools for efficiency -Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task. -Monitor the progress of departmental and company objectives/budgets

What You Bring
-Office and field environment requiring sitting and standing. Travel to various work sites is essential, exposing employee to outdoor elements, noise and the need to stand and walk. -Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Sciences, etc.), Business, or related; OR equivalent relevant experience required -Positive safety attitude and personal integrity – both are non-negotiable -Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, engineering, contracting, or a related industry required -Prior experience managing teams -Excellent customer service orientation; able to build trust with internal teams and external clients -Strong self-motivation, work ethic, and drive for career growth -Strong interpersonal and leadership skills -Demonstrated knowledge and experience in business operations leadership or project management -Ability to think conceptually and apply practical, real-world solutions -Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention. -Prior experience in electrical or construction fields preferred -Decisive leadership style with strong communication and collaboration skills
