Tasks

-Addressing internal and external calls and queries -Liaising with key stakeholders -Administration duties, such as compiling reports, preparing documentation, entering contracts etc. -Managing subcontractors -Monitoring of client portal and shared inboxes -Creating and allocating jobs -Processing work orders -Maintaining workflow management system

What You Bring

-Great communication skills — written and verbal -5 years’ administration experience (Advantageous if it’s in a trades services environment) -Sharp eye for detail and solid time management -Experience with claims and retentions advantageous
