Overview

Maintain property grounds, common areas and assist with general maintenance tasks.

Tasks

-Checks and logs pool levels daily and vacuums pools weekly -Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities by performing general labor duties -Cleans and maintains grills inspecting timers and knobs to ensure safety -Removes trash and recyclables within the office and maintains the trash areas per the agreed upon schedule -Walks the property throughout the day and removes litter, debris and pet droppings from all areas, including but not limited to, breezeways, pools, grounds, common areas, etc

What You Bring

-Work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate -Excellent time management skills -Ability to use a variety of hand tools, cleaning supplies and other equipment needed for the role -Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels -One or more years of general labor job experience is preferred, multifamily experience is a plus -Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certified is preferred -High school diploma or equivalent, preferred -Ability to lift tools, equipment and other items in the unit (approximately 50 lbs)
