Tasks

-Contribute to ongoing projects, including collaboration with other departments -Maintain and manage master data and administration, which involves keeping accurate records of financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations -Implement and run the invoicing process for training costs allocation throughout the global training network in Service and also connect directly with HQ -Hamburg -Support the introduction of new processes and process changes and the implementation of new workflows. -Main contact for regional training network in Service for all accounting topics Collect and analyze relevant data to support regional reporting. -Provide analysis and reporting to support decision making -Support invoicing and debt management, which involves creating and sending invoices to external customers and subcontractors

What You Bring

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, global matrix organization and prioritize multiple tasks -Excellent English language skills / German language may be added advantage -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a comprehensive business understanding / Power BI will be added advantage -Minimum of 8-10 yrs experience (preferably from wind industry) -High degree of self-responsibility / Strong communication skills, willingness to perform, and ability to work in a team -CIMA / CMA (Qualified Cost Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant) -Proficient in Transition of knowledge and Standardisation, Process Improvements -Proven experience in accounting, reporting, controlling and analytical experience -Very good IT experience (Microsoft 365 Advanced Excel/ SAP FI/ S4HANA, Business Warehouses) / Interpersonal skills / VBA Macro also an added advantage -Very good level of English both Speaking & Written / Good Accounting Knowledge -Willingness to actively optimize your work-processes and participate in developing tools and workflows to better carry out the invoicing process
