-Take ownership of assigned jobs related to new feature design, implementations, bug fixes, and enhancement activities -Participate in requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing (both manual and automated) -Engage in technical communication with internal/external stakeholders and collaborate with global teams

-Experience working with Agile methodology -Good working knowledge io Core Java enterprise/engineering applications -Strong programming skills in Core Java, Swing and design patterns -Ability to lead and mentor teams of up to 15 members -Ability to deliver independently without much supervision from leads/managers -Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -Strong experience in developing Linux/Unix-based desktop applications using Core Java. -Familiarity with tools like WinSCP, Putty, Rally, ClearCase, Collaborator, SVN -Ability to explore large code bases and understand architecture and design -Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts and experience implementing them using Java -Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and web technology stack -Good development experience with Spring boot/or OSGi framework -Experience with Angular, Python and C++ is an added advantage -Preferred understanding of Jenkins and CI/CD -Experience in developing software applications for Medical Devices domain – CT, XR, MR, Imaging Platform, and familiarity with the DICOM standard is an added advantage -Strong ability to understand and learn architecture and design of existing applications developed primarily using Core Java / Swing -Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in design and development of software applications and frameworks
