-DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR Proposal Conceptualization and compilation -Supervision of mechanical engineers -Coordination with Design, Planning, Estimation, Fabrication yard, Procurement -Provide technical support to Project functions including Procurement, Construction, and Vendor qualification -Technical clarification meetings with the Client -Propose and control the solution on technical issue considering engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation
