Tasks

-Offer remote technical assistance to field operatives and maintain metering software -Support CVA and SVA compliance activities and respond to audits -Review and validate technical documentation for accuracy and compliance -Provide technical and compliance support across metering activities -Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholder engagement) -Comprehensive understanding of the electricity metering industry, including Elexon Code of Practice and BSCP procedures -Experience liaising with energy suppliers, distribution network operators, and compliance officers -Strong problem-solving and organisational skills -In depth knowledge of CVA/SVA compliance processes, KPMG and TAA audit requirements -Experience with metering data systems/software -Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel essential) -High proficiency in manufacturers AMR meter software -Strong knowledge of electricity metering systems and communications (AMR/HH)
