Tasks
The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of construction projects that deliver exceptional results for clients, generate profit, and produce lasting client relationships. -Attend networking events and travel to conferences and job sites as needed -Prepare look-ahead documents and weekly/monthly progress reports -Study bid specifications and drawings carefully -Ensure safety procedures and policies are in place and followed -Work to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, vendors and the subcontractor community -Assist Project Manager in a wide range of service management duties -Prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Projects and/or Primavera -Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards -Deliver on projects in a timely manner -Coordinate closely with crews, superintendents, and other departments within the company -Proactively develop effective, efficient solutions to issues that may arise

**There are several client site locations throughout Colorado, each site will need support with occasional travel to the main office in Henderson, CO.** This is a location-based position, which will have some minor travel, encompassing work-sites in the assigned project area.
