Tasks

-Actively manage subcontractors and resources remote from the core project team -Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional team -Client-side project management, including stakeholder, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contract management Ensure projects and commissions are delivered to the satisfaction of the client for quality, cost, and time -Lead the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary Transmission, Distribution and Power Systems projects. -Support business development opportunities with existing and new clients -Support and manage the project team ensuring appropriate resources are provided on projects, meeting the client and business requirements

What You Bring

-NEC3 or 4 accreditation -Relationship building skills –ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders as well as an ability to build and maintain networks of business contacts. -Professional Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction Management / or Engineering Degree -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -Chartered Status or actively working towards with the RICS, APM or equivalent institution -Excellent communication and organisational skills -Experience of working within a client organisation, either directly or through a co-location/secondment arrangement. -Practitioner of NEC suite of contracts, particularly the Professional Services Contract (PSC) and Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) -Experience of working as part of integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams -Highly motivated and with excellent industry network -Prior experience of supporting and delivering Transmission and Distribution projects, or an experience of construction projects with an active interest in the field of Transmission and Distribution. -Infrastructure and project management experience, delivering complex projects
