-Conduct safety audits of formwork systems -Inspect formwork installations for dimensional accuracy and safety -Select appropriate formwork materials (aluminum, steel, timber, plastic) -Plan formwork logistics and material movement -Design formwork systems for complex geometries and high-rise structures -Coordinate with equipment operators for crane operations -Evaluate new formwork technologies and systems -Lead formwork gangs and specialized workers -Manage formwork-related incidents and near-misses -Ensure compliance with IS 14687 and international formwork standards -Train personnel on formwork techniques and safety procedures -Implement cost-saving measures in formwork operations -Create detailed formwork drawings and assembly instructions -Coordinate with concrete and reinforcement teams -Perform structural calculations for formwork loads and safety factors -Interface with design consultants on formwork-related queries -Optimize formwork cycles for faster construction -Monitor productivity and implement improvement measures -Document best practices and lessons learned -Develop formwork erection and striking schedules
