Assist with the review of clash detection and follows reporting and resolution process.
Assist with developing and integrating the digital delivery schedule and project compliance.
Assist with researching and compiling required project-related data and performs metadata audits.
Assist with supporting tasks specific to Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.
Assist with all aspects of project setup, such as model file setup, digital project setup; project access, cloud services; digital procurement; miscellaneous support tasks, etc.
Assist with the implementation of digital delivery methods, procedures, and tools.
Assist with tasks that support the development of digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.
Complies with all policies and standards
Assist with the facilitation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination
Assist with the changes to digital model presentations for clients.
Assist with the changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with creating digital delivery content for the proposal process.
Assist with digital delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to digital delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.

Prior internship and/or related consulting experience Preferred
Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of standard digital delivery software, standards, and project deliverables.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship) in the country where this position is located.
Bachelor Degree in virtual design and construction, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited program. Required or
Basic software and computer skills, including BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites and 3D Rendering Programs, are required.
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred.
Associate Degree and 2 years of experience planning, training, organizing, and delivering complex BIM models and related digital products across project teams. Required or
