Tasks

-Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job -Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) -Completes Field Service Orders (FSO), job report, and accountable for the timely submission of these and other -Be fully responsible & accountable for Safety of self and others -Casing Cutting -Drive self-development to become knowledgeable of all products & services -Contribute actively to Engineer's Reading File -Testing & Servicing of wellheads and valves -Contribute actively to FNCR process -Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices. -Assists as needed with the development of procedural requirements for current and future jobs -Supervise wellhead and Xmas Tree installations, maintenance and repair operations as required by the -Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job -Pre-job preparation of wellhead equipment and trees -Well Surveys to assess condition and record information -Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent -Inspect and assess wellhead installation tools. -Carrying out the following mechanical services on wellheads and Xmas Trees -Handles customer comments, requests and complaints -Provides “Project Support” as required, handles project issues as they arise which eliminates downtime -Leads others in completing tasks in accordance with procedures and applicable codes and/or standards -Contribute actively to all safety systems such as safety meetings, STOP cards -Attendance at customer FAT’s -Achieve target utilization of 17 days/month -May serve as the on-site supervisor to the field service crew and for reporting back to Service management

What You Bring

-Knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted internal business processes and procedures -Be prepared to travel locally and internationally to other regions as required -Seized Lock Down Screw tip removal -Successfully complete SST -Seized wellhead bolt cutting -Ability to read and understand drawings -Bolt Torqueing -Ability to understand, troubleshoot, explain and teach others about technical tools and instruments required to -Able to perform moderate complex calculations -Be prepared to work unsupervised as required -Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following fields: electrical; subsea equipment; hydraulics -Minimum 5 years of experience in field service technician role
