Overview

Operate mini excavators, backhoes, and skid‑steers for construction projects in Edmonton.

Tasks

-Transport cargo and/or equipment in a safe and professional manner -Complete Driver’s logbook & daily vehicle inspection (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), maintenance and repair reports, accident or incident reports -Load and unload heavy equipment in a manner that is secure and damage free

What You Bring

-Ability to safely and efficiently Operate Mini Excavators, Backhoes, and Skid-Steers as required. -Must be able to lift 23 kg (50 lbs.) -Must provide a clean driving record (abstract) and criminal check prior to employment commencing -Must have good oral communication skills and be able to work with others -Must be able to speak, read & write English -Must have at least a valid Class 5 driver’s license with air brake endorsement -Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavating equipment around existing buried utilities -Experience with towing trailers is an asset
