Tasks

The Plumbing Supervisor will oversee all plumbing-related activities in the bathroom pods production line, ensuring quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards. The role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong focus on process optimization. -Inspect plumbing materials, fixtures, and components for quality and compliance before installation. -Ensure plumbing installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. -Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and testing reports. -Coordinate plumbing activities with other production teams (mechanical, electrical, fit-out). -Supervise and coordinate plumbing works in the bathroom pods production line. -Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. -Train and mentor plumbing technicians and helpers to ensure productivity and quality. -Monitor workflow to ensure deadlines are achieved without compromising quality. -Review and interpret plumbing drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. -Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to improve processes.

What You Bring

-Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plumbing schematics. -Familiarity with modular construction or bathroom pods manufacturing is a plus. -Knowledge of UAE plumbing regulations preferred. -Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, installation techniques, and quality control. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Diploma or degree in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
