-Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and internal policies. -Advise leadership on relevant legal developments and implications for company strategy. -Coordinate with external counsel and manage outside legal relationships. -Provide legal guidance on compliance matters and risk mitigation. -Maintain organized digital and physical legal records. -Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda and recommendations.

What You Bring

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Attorney to support legal operations and provide counsel to our executive team. This role will work closely with senior leadership on contract review, policy analysis, and regulatory compliance. Strong legal writing skills and a background in real estate or corporate law are highly preferred. -Exceptional legal writing, contract drafting, and document review skills. -2+ years of experience practicing law in a firm or in-house setting. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. -Active membership in any U.S. state bar (California Bar preferred). -Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school. -Background in real estate, corporate, or regulatory law strongly preferred. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with executives and cross-functional teams.
