Tasks

-Responsible for following all Safety policies in compliance with Rain Bird Safety Standards and Programs -Communicate issues/improvements/ideas between department members and Supervision -Perform tasks to increase injection molding machine equipment uptime and reliability -Assist with the installation of new equipment in support of manufacturing operations -Follow Safety Policies and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures -Perform periodic Preventative Maintenance tasks on facility equipment -Perform Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs effectively -Responsible for reviewing Corrective Work Orders via Maintain X software and update as required -Troubleshoot equipment/machinery to determine issue and repair in a safe/timely manner (Mechanical/Electrical)

What You Bring

-Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing industrial or injection molding maintenance -Working toward or have acquired a Certification/License in an Electrical Field -Knowledge and experience with computers (Ability to research parts, maintain inventories, machines, etc.) -Strong Work Ethic -Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others -In depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance -Ability to perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repairs. -5 years maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing plant -High School Diploma or GED equivalent -Ability to complete tasks timely. -2 Year technology or industrial related degree/certification -Knowledge and ability to understand Electrical Drawings/Schematics -Experienced in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical preventative maintenance
