-Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other services -Respond in a timely manner and attempt to correct problems within first trip -Operating and maintaining company vehicle in a safe and professional manner -Communicate with internal teams’ necessary information to provide our clients with the most cost effective, efficient solutions

-Ability to coordinate with internal teams to prioritize service calls -Team orientated player with ability to work independently -Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines -Flexibility to travel within tristate area when needed -Valid driver’s license with clean driving record -Ability to use multiple types of power and hand tools -Demonstrate a strong mechanical ability and have handyman experience -Ability to conduct repairs such as, but not limited to; patching drywall, painting, replacing drop ceiling tiles, Trilogy locks, and any other building maintenance tasks
