Tasks
-Lead process improvements that optimize digital delivery and design performance. -Collaborate with Digital Design, Autodesk, and BIM leaders to align company-wide CAD strategies. -Develop, implement, and maintain Bentley CAD standards, templates, and workflows. -Manage system upgrades, licensing, vendor relationships, and related budgets. -Provide technical leadership, training, and support to CAD users and project teams.

What You Bring
-5+ years of hands-on CAD design experience, including 3D design practices. -The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. We are unable to provide or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role. -Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Associate degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent experience. -Proven expertise with Bentley design products and familiarity with related CAD tools.
