Tasks

-Conduct demos, UAT, and provide training to field teams. -Manage issue logs/tickets and ensure timely resolution. -Coordinate between Tech Team & Field Operations. -Gather client requirements and create structured roadmaps. -Translate field issues into clear technical tasks. -Coordinate development updates and deliver solutions to clients.

What You Bring

-Ability to understand client needs and convert them into technical requirements. -Graduate in IT/Engineering/Computer Applications (preferred). -3–7 years of experience in tech support/product coordination. -Strong communication, documentation & problem-solving skills.
