Tasks

-Manage and perform validation and reconciliation of marketing expense payment activities working closely with marketing owners and related business management personnel -Oversee and deliver training and communications to marketing teams and provide relevant accounting and financial policy guidelines -Develop and execute proper expense payment process and procedures to comply with company’s policies and procedure -Work with cross functional teams and collaborate effectively to lead payment related process improvements and change management with both internal teams and external vendors -Provide support for month-end closing as needed, and quarterly and ad-hoc audit activities

What You Bring

-Exceptional written and oral communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and minimum 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered. -Proficient with Excel. SAP or other ERP system experience is plus. -Experience in audit and reconciliations, accounting and monthly closing
