The Role

Overview

Conduct lab and floor quality tests (ozone, chlorine, pH, turbidity, packaging) ensuring product safety.

Tasks

-Conduct packaging testing for fill weight and strength. -Assist on the production floor, ensuring quality and safety. -Participate in CIP cleanings and apply chemical knowledge. -Perform coliform testing and micro counts plating. -Conduct tests for ozone, chlorine, pH, and turbidity. -Supervise vision check systems as a quality supervisor. -Collect and analyze various samples in the lab.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field. -Knowledge of HACCP and related quality standards. -Prior experience in food or beverage industries is preferred. -Proficiency in computer skills is beneficial. -Experience in quality assurance, biology, and lab work. -Ability to conduct quality inspections and control.
