The Role
Overview
Provide front‑of‑house hospitality, check‑in guests, serve food/drinks and ensure excellent service.

Tasks
-Deliver a memorable service to guests at all times; from booking a stay through to coffee and farewells,. -Deliver the best customer service experience for locals and guests -Always keep an eye out for new business opportunities -Help prepare and service a great range of drinks and a fantastic, freshly produced menu -Have a good understanding of the local area and promote local attractions -Help promote our locally sourced menu items -Be able and ready to assist guests with any enquiries they may have, including welcoming guests as soon as they arrive with due care and attention. -Follow all company policies on recycling -Attend and contribute to our Team Planet events -Help with the continued effort to deliver zero waste -Assist the guests with checking into their rooms and ensure they are happy.
