Tasks
-Participate in leadership for technical service functions and support the development of HDR services in utility planning, asset management, and water/wastewater facilities planning and design. -Function as a Project Manager, and be responsible for executing projects and managing and developing multidiscipline teams utilizing HDR’s business systems and project management tools. -Lead and mentor younger staff. -Build team technical expertise and design production capacity through recruitment, staff development and training.

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering -A minimum 2 years project management experience -Master’s degree or equivalent -MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) -Local candidates are preferred -7 years related experience -Demonstrated leadership skills -Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. -Some regional/national travel will be expected. -10 years related or equivalent experience including project management experience
