As the subject matter expert, you will provide strategic advice to the treasury and investment teams, enabling effective financing and refinancing activities that underpin Bromford Flagship’s growth and sustainability.
- Managing relationships with external solicitors to ensure value for money and efficient delivery
- Supervising and training junior colleagues on securitisation and property charging work
- Acting as the subject matter expert for charging and securitisation across the group
- Designing, developing, and continuously improving charging processes across the group
- Providing strategic advice to the treasury and investment teams in line with the Group’s strategy and business plan
- Leading on charging and securitisation for financing and refinancing activities

- Experience of supervising or managing others
- Excellent IT skills with a positive approach to change and innovation
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across finance, investment, and treasury
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant post-qualification experience
- Able to complete a basic DBS and consumer check
- Proven experience of charging and securitisation work
- Strong knowledge and experience in land law, commercial property, conveyancing, landlord & tenant law, and real estate finance, ideally within the social housing sector

This is a permanent, full-time role with flexibility built in. You’ll be based at one of our main offices in Bristol, Tewkesbury or Norwich, with some travel across our geography and the option to work from home regularly.
