Assist in marketing, event coordination, design, and admin for real estate projects.

Tasks
-Source materials and selections as directed -Create forms and templates -Prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, and other written materials -Create and manage social media content and platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linked in) -Coordinating ticket sales and tech for event support -Project management of graphic requests and other deliverables -Proofread, revise, and update marketing collateral, advertisements, websites, and social templates -Assist with wayfinding design and implementation -May provide direct coordination and communication with outside consultants as well as internal departments -Assist with the unboxing and movement of furniture, measuring rooms and items, and taking photos -May include managing 3rd party vendors for installation and mounting -Update digital platforms; website, instagram, facebook, internal digital platforms -Filing system maintenance and organization -Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations -Expense reporting, including collecting receipts and managing expense reports -Coordinate sourcing, planning, and procuring for property events -Meeting support: scheduling, agenda and meeting materials prep, note taking , and meeting follow up -Manage and work between multiple properties -Create marketing materials for multiple audiences -Assist with procuring furniture, framing images, etc. -Assist team with coordination of property amenity/improvement design & installation as needed -Log, track, and submit all invoices -Coordinate sourcing, preparation, production, and distribution of marketing materials -Support team in general administrative tasks: budgeting tracking, project tracking, data tracking and entry, database updates, etc.

-Project management software proficiency (Wrike) -Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research, surveys, and brand audits -Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to a wide variety of stakeholders -Understanding of Community Engagement: Ability to create and carry out public engagement strategies to garner community support for projects and initiatives -Creativity and Innovative Thinking: Ability to create intriguing and engaging experiences, with a fresh and imaginative perspective -Networking Talent: Capacity to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, community leaders, vendors, and clients -Must be available to work some nights and weekends for events. -Project Management: Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, manage, and execute multiple projects at once, tracking deadlines and communicating status proactively -Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) functional proficiency -Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign- light graphic design capabilities -Proficient understanding of Later, Airtable and all social media platforms -Functional proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Squarespace and Mailchimp -Design Skills: Basic understanding of design elements for creating visually appealing deliverables -Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies -Graphic Design – ability to assist with presentations and make simple edits to collateral, create simple marketing collateral materials -Role is split between multiple Northeast properties. Travel is necessary to complete your role. -Photography skills -Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time and work efficiently -Light video editing or other creative skills -Understand of social media trends and marketing strategies -Attention to Detail: Ability to manage small details of a project to ensure accuracy and coherence -Self-Motivation: Ability to communicate, follow up, work well, and meet deadlines under limited supervision -Budgeting Skills: Ability to manage finances, negotiate contracts and work within a specified budget. -Able to create and edit still and video content via social media platforms and professional video editing software
