Tasks

-Facilitate talent acquisition efforts, identifying and attracting top talent to support new and ongoing projects -Lead the HR incubating team in the development and rollout of HR strategies that support innovative projects and initiatives within the organization -Establish and maintain metrics to measure the success and impact of HR initiatives within the incubating teams -Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within project teams -Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by implementing best practices in HR operations and project management -Drive performance management processes specific to the incubating projects, ensuring that team members receive constructive feedback and opportunities for growth -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design tailored HR solutions that align with project objectives -Coordinate training and development programs to build skills relevant to the unique nature of incubating projects -Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations while promoting a strong ethical workplace culture

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is a plus -Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a passion for fostering creativity and innovation among team members -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others -Strong understanding of HR principles and the ability to adapt them to unique project needs -Proficiency in HRIS and project management tools -Minimum of 6-8 years of HR experience, with a focus on innovation, project management, or business incubation -Experience in developing metrics and reporting to evaluate the impact of HR initiatives -Proven track record of influencing diverse teams and driving change in a fast-paced environment
