What You Bring

-High mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience working with hand tools a plus. -Able to work in a team environment. -Good Interpersonal skills. -Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Required). -Must be able to remain flexible with work schedule to accommodate changing facility needs. -Experience that demonstrates skill in various building trades listed above. -Must be able to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors, and vendors.
