Tasks

-Clean and check weld for defects -Read and interpret weld procedures to determine requirements of the job -Attend required safety and tailgate/toolbox meetings -Comply with Company and Client Safety rules, as well as OH&S standards -Utilize different processes and fillers depending on the Client requirements(6010,7018 electrodes or flux core wire)

What You Bring

-Alberta B-Pressure Certificate and current PQR’s may be required -Must be physically able to lift 50lbs -Potential OT available -Able to work well in a team environment -Overhead Crane and Rigging -Must have experience in roll welding using flux cored wire process on Groove welds and Fillet welds. -Must be an Alberta registered ticketed journeyman and hold a B-pressure ticket recognized by ABSA -Organized and self-motivated -CSTS-09 or CSTS-20
