- Act and perform activities inside and outside the organization in a manner consistent with the ethical engineering standards in the company handbook
- Perform construction site visits to verify system performance and testing which will include working at heights
- Develop test procedures for new and existing building enclosure systems
- Assist in the performance of condition surveys and failure investigations of existing buildings
- Conduct peer reviews of architectural drawings and specifications
- Assist in the development of building enclosure repair design documents
- Review submittals and shop drawings

- Travel up to 50% of the time dependent on local workload and project locations
- Demonstrate interest in learning and operating enclosure related software
- M.S. or B.S. in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, building science, or Bachelor of Architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
