Overview

Oversee cost planning, tendering and commercial control for residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Tender and appoint the project delivery team -Administer the Design & Build Contract -Preparation of financial reports -Attend design team meetings, produce tender documentation -Participate in value engineering workshops and analysis of findings -Reviewing tender returns, authorise application of payment, risk analysis, valuation certificate production -Development of cost plans

What You Bring

-Experience in delivery of residential projects (ideally high-rise developments) -HNC, HND, BSc/ MSc in Quantity Surveying -Experience of JCT Design & Build Contract -Excellent oral and written communication skills, good planning and organising skills together with strong time management skill and team working -Working closely within our team is very important to us, so an easy commute to our office must be considered. -A full driving licence
