Manage construction projects with JOC and line item estimating.

Tasks

-Review and approve vendor/subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices. -Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types. -Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability. -Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving. -Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates. -Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress. -Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational and leadership skills—you can juggle multiple projects at once. -Proven experience managing construction projects, with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC). -Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar). -Expertise in Line Item Estimating. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus. -Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance.
