RHM Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of market-rate multifamily apartment properties in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. This position will offer critical support for site management teams in collaboration with our in-house Operations, Accounting, and Facilities departments. Critical to RHM's continued growth and success, our next Regional Manager must be a reliable and dynamic property management professional capable of managing multiple projects on varying timelines simultaneously.
- Certified Property Manger (CPM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) or similar industry certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
- 3+ years previous experience in a supervisory role over multiple locations highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicable Landlord-Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, and other laws as they relate to property-specific guidelines and occupancy standards.
- U.S. work authorization required for employment
- 5+ years of experience in property management, regional management, asset management, or similar experience required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Working knowledge of Yardi management software is strongly preferred.
