-Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and electrical systems. -Review equipment sizing and selection for key MEP components (VRF, DX unit, AHUs, FAHU, chillers, pumps, etc.). -Support post-handover operations, including O&M manual review, facility management coordination, and asset handover documentation. -Review and validate design submissions from consultants for all MEP systems, including HVAC, water supply, drainage, firefighting, LPG. -Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality standards. -Ensure full compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, DEWA, DM, Trakhees, DCD, and other applicable regulations. -Coordinate and support authority submissions and approvals, ensuring timely responses to comments. -Conduct regular site inspections, prepare snag lists, and follow up on rectifications. -Participate in project, coordination, and site meetings, providing MEP-related technical input. -Manage all stages of design — concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC — ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget, and operational strategy. -Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical datasheetsfor all MEP systems. -Evaluate MEP calculations, including heat load, ESP, ventilation, pump head, fault level. -Contribute to value engineering and sustainable design initiatives. -Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and ensure integrated design solutions.
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient HVAC Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical systems. The successful candidate will oversee MEP design review, coordination, and site implementation for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, across our ongoing and upcoming projects. This role requires solid technical expertise, interdisciplinary coordination, and the ability to ensure full compliance with local and international standards. -In-depth understanding of UAE codes and authority requirements (DM, DDA, DEWA, DCD, Trakhees , etc.). -Strong working knowledge of MEP design software (AutoCAD, HAP, Revit, relevant design/calculation softwareetc.). -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. -Minimum 7–10 years of HVAC experience in design review and site execution. -Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills. -UAE experience and driving license preferred. -Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting.
