-Do you have the ability to build strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders based on integrity & trust? -Experience of demonstrating customer resolution, service improvement, and customer excellence. -Have you gained experience working within a regulated industry? -Do you have strong leadership skills and experience of leading a team to deliver customer & operational excellence? -Experience in a contractor/client relationship -Do you have people management skills
