An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to lead the scale-up and day-to-day management of production operations, ideally looking for a candidate coming from or within a highly regulated life sciences or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment. This senior-level position plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality products and services globally. If you are living in Ireland and hold a valid work permit, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search. -Experience in a life science or CRO setting is highly advantageous. -Educated to degree level in science, engineering, or business-related disciplines. -Minimum of 5 years' experience in operational leadership roles within life sciences, biopharma, or CRO environments. -Commercially astute, with the ability to align operational execution with business objectives. -Strong leadership capabilities in organisational development, team building, and stakeholder management. -Deep knowledge of regulated production environments, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Proven ability to oversee full operational scope—from production floor management to strategic reporting at executive level.
