The Role
Overview
Provide admin and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations at WFP.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements -Generate reports as required for management review -Provide support to the team by preparing quotes and order confirmations -Follow all policies and procedures of WFP -Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly -Prepare and process documents such as invoices, reports, memos, and letters -Manage and update physical and electronic filing systems -Maintain records of sales, purchases, and other business transactions -Keep work areas tidy -Answer and direct phone calls and emails -Properly use and maintain office equipment -Assist the Office staff with special projects and tasks

What You Bring
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a wholesale or manufacturing environment -Ability to lift office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds -High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred· -Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment -Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Adaptability to a standard office environment with some exposure to a warehouse -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) -Covid vaccination is not required for employment
