Tasks

As a Project Superintendent, you will be based in the Midwest and will be responsible for field operations and onsite construction management of design-build construction projects, specifically quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, construction, start up, and testing on highly complex projects nationwide. -Coordinate with preconstruction, design, engineering, procurement, operations, safety, quality, and all other project site management team members to assure that the there is always adequate project resources.

What You Bring

-Strong work ethic and willingness to travel or relocate to jobsite. -Strong project safety record and commitment to safety and quality. -Ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors to accomplish work within budget and schedule constraints. -Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding. -5+ years of experience in highly technical commercial/industrial construction management (aviation preferred), on projects of 50+ million, ideally with design-build experience. -This position is classified as a safety-sensitive role in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Candidates selected for this position will be subject to a comprehensive background check, which includes mandatory drug testing. -B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels. -Our clients and projects are nationwide – Travel will be required. -Ability to lift objects at least 60lbs.
