Support budget management activities including cost optimization, invoice processing, and expense tracking for soft services
Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, catering, security, and landscaping services across assigned facilities
Lead vendor performance reviews, resolve service issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless delivery of administrative support services and special event requirements

4-6 years of experience in facilities management with specific focus on soft services operations
Strong vendor management skills with proven ability to coordinate multiple service providers simultaneously
Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization for facilities operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software systems
Experience with integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and service request platforms
Professional certification in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar credential)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
Previous experience managing soft services in multi-tenant or corporate office environments
Knowledge of facility management best practices, health and safety regulations, and service quality standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships
Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building operations for soft services
Background in contract negotiation and vendor performance management within commercial real estate environments
