-Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety legislation -Maintain accurate documentation in ClickHome and My Place -Conduct mandatory inspections and quality checks at each stage -Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work sites -Coordinate trades and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and execution -Communicate clearly with customers, providing weekly updates and managing expectations -Monitor budgets, extensions of time, and site costs -Interpret building plans and codes to guide progress and quality
