Overview

Operate Class B trucks to collect and transport hazardous retail waste.

Tasks

-Performs LTL pickups. -Performs DOT pre-trip and post trip inspections. -Ensures customer satisfaction. -Processes hazardous and non-hazardous materials as needed. -Maintains vehicle log. -Maintains documentation of manifests and work orders. -Maintains company equipment. -Functions as technician on lab pack and field service projects. -Assists in maintaining good housekeeping at facility and on grounds.

What You Bring

-A valid class B commercial driver’s license is required. -CDL Hazmat endorsement preferred. -Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and compressor systems. Knowledge of pumps, motors, motor controls, instrumentation, metal fabrication, and other maintenance functions. -Must be able to prioritize, stay focused and handle multiple, diverse responsibilities -Skilled using hand and shop tools, and instruments. -Demonstrates, accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail. -Ability to pass 40-hour HAZWOPER Training upon hire.
