Overview

Manage road and estate adoption processes, coordinating tenders, sub‑contractors and authorities.

Tasks

-Liaising with statutory authorities and planning/highway departments to achieve timely adoption of infrastructure (Sections 104/38/185 etc.) -Overseeing sub-contractors and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies -Maintaining accurate cost records and collaborating with the Commercial Department -Managing documentation from instruction to adoption -Coordinating tendering, cost analysis, and order placement

What You Bring
