On-site construction inspector overseeing water/wastewater projects in Indiana.

Tasks

-Follow site safety protocols and help resolve issues as they arise. -Be on-site full-time during construction projects. -You’ll work on one project at a time and be the go-to rep for that site. -Review submittals, schedules, and payment applications. -Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring it aligns with plans and specs. -Attend project meetings and coordinate with contractors. -Support the engineering team and act as a liaison between contractor and owner. -Keep detailed daily logs and updated drawings. -Rehab of Municipal Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Systems

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills (Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook). -Experience as Construction Inspectors/RPRs with civil inspection experience, preferably INDOT inspectors or water/wastewater inspectors. -Experience as Construction Team Leads, Foremen, or Managers with 5+ years of experience within underground wet utilities and/or treatment plants. -Experience in construction or inspection of underground utility systems. -Ability to read civil construction plans and specs. -Willingness to travel and stay overnight when needed.
