Tasks

-Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for the Sales Consultant -Execute daily outbound prospecting and timely response to inbound leads -Manage structured follow-up on all leads and consultations until they advance or are disqualified -Represent Arise Homes in a positive and professional manner in and outside of company. -Quarterly staff meetings and all-staff events -Manage structured follow-up

What You Bring

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills; a natural people person who thrives in face-to-face interactions. -An aptitude for organization and attention to detail. -40-45 hours per week - 9am-6pm, Tues-Sat (Sat until 5pm) -Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule to accommodate prospects. -Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or related field is a plus.
