Tasks

-Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle solutions under the guidance of senior consultants -Deliver quality work aligned with project and organizational goals -Follow WH&S legislation, adhering to safety instructions, procedures, and reporting workplace hazards or incidents -Respond to client support questions and requests via phone or email -Document support interactions and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts -Stay updated on emerging Oracle trends and technologies -Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as needed -Assist in providing technical guidance and troubleshooting solutions -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to solution design -Report identified risks, breaches, and compliance concerns -Provide support in system troubleshooting and performance optimization

What You Bring

-Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment -Experience in at least one full life cycle implementation of Financial, SCM, or Manufacturing modules preferred -Strong written and verbal communication skills -2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud -Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients -Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail -Willingness to travel for interstate/overseas assignments as needed -Technical Expertise (SQL, PL/SQL, Report building, BPM or EBS Workflow) are a plus -Must have Australian Citizenship -Willingness to obtain Oracle certification(s) -Basic understanding of Oracle SCM, Financial, or Manufacturing processes -Bachelor's degree in a related field -Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with support from senior consultants
