Assist in planning and executing employee experience events and communications.

Tasks

-Lead an internal awareness campaign around cultural observations and Employee Experience events -Assist in the scheduling, communication and coordination of employee activities -Collaborate with Marketing and Branding teams to order branded promotional items and gifts -Support the EX Team on event and activity development and execution -Research potential event spaces, speakers, vendors and cost estimates for large-scale employee events

What You Bring

-Ability to work full-time during Summer 2026 -Management tools and workflows -Minimum of 2 years completed in Computer Science or a closely related field by Summer 2026 -Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S -Real-world experience in corporate event planning and culture & inclusion efforts -Minimum of 2 years of college coursework completed -Previous experience in event planning and/or social media type communications (Preferred) -Exposure to a fast-paced corporate environment -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and time management -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) -Enhanced skills in internal communication, storytelling and engagement
