-Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure quality, safety, and deadlines are met -Lead on-site construction activities from start to finish on major ground-up projects -Partner closely with project management teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

What You Bring

If you’re an experienced traveling superintendent who takes pride in running efficient, safe, and high-quality jobs, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and reputable builder with consistent regional work. -5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large ground-up commercial builds -Experience with Data Centers and/or Tilt-Wall construction is highly preferred -Proven background managing projects $15M+ in size -Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills -Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast on a project-to-project basis
