Tasks

-Monitoring Automation: Developing and enhancing automated monitoring systems to track equipment health and performance. -Assisting with troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues, often in collaboration with maintenance teams. -Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM): Developing and refining maintenance plans based on the criticality and failure modes of electrical assets. -Compliance: Ensuring that electrical systems and maintenance practices comply with industry standards and safety regulations. -Data Analysis: Analyzing equipment performance data, identifying trends, and predicting potential issues. -Predictive Maintenance: Implementing strategies to anticipate and prevent equipment failures before they occur, often using data analysis and monitoring techniques. -Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigating failures to determine the underlying causes and prevent recurrence. -System Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve the performance and efficiency of electrical systems. -Asset Management: Managing the lifecycle of electrical assets, including their maintenance, upgrades, and replacement.

Corpus Christi, TX (Embedded in plant) -10+ Years of Experience -Self-motivating, self-managing individual -BS in Electrical Engineering -Professional License (Electrical) in the state of Texas is a plus -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Strong experience with ETAP or SKM Electrical Power System Analysis software is a plus -Travel: Up to 10% -Experience with Electrical Reliability's duties listed above
